Our Services

At Genuine Hearts, we believe in caring for family, one member at a time. Genuine Hearts manages several Adult Family Homes and a Community Based Residential Facility. Our staff offers compassionate personal care services in a 24/7 supervised home setting. Additionally, Genuine Hearts offers respite care and supportive home care for individuals living independently.

Assist with Personal Care

Our nursing staff and Personal Care Workers assist CBRF and AFH residents with personal care and daily needs. These include:

Bathing & dressing
Teeth brushing, nail clipping & other personal hygiene needs
Medication administration
Mobility
Daily exercise
Transportation and accompanying residents to medical appointments & therapy
Other personal care services

Meal Prep & Housekeeping

Recognizing that nutrition is one key to health and wellness, Genuine Hearts prepares healthy and fresh meals and snacks for residents. Our staff also handles housekeeping and laundry duties. Residents always have clean clothes to wear and a clean, well-organized home to live in.

Supportive Home Care

Genuine Hearts’ personal care services extend to individuals who live independently in their own home or apartment but need a little help to get by. We deliver meals, help with personal hygiene, accompany individuals to medical appointments, administer medication, do light housekeeping, and offer other personal care services and support.

Respite Care in Green Bay

Lastly, Genuine Hearts provides respite care for caregivers. Respite care gives caregivers an opportunity to attend family celebrations, take vacations, or just relax and experience down time. We tailor respite care to fit the caregiver’s needs.
