Genuine Hearts is a family-owned and operated Adult Family Care Agency in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We believe in caring for family, one member at a time. At our Community Based Residential Facility and Adult Family Homes in Brown County, we care for individuals in a home setting.

Genuine Hearts provides a secure and comfortable setting where residents thrive. Some homes have private bathrooms or half-baths. All of the homes are clean, and well-maintained. Some homes are handicap accessible with ramps, wide doorways, walk-in or roll-in showers, and other amenities. The CBRF is newly remodeled, and the AFHs are modern and attractive. Residents have their own bedrooms and shared living spaces. Some of the homes have fenced-in yards. Additionally, most homes are located near a bus line for easy access for residents.

Nobody wants to lose their independence. While providing Adult Family Care services, we honor the individuality and personality of our residents. We create a home away from home. Knowing that every resident is different, we respect the cultural and dietary preferences of each one. Some staff members are bilingual and speak English and Spanish.

Our Adult Family Care services include socialization and community involvement. Genuine Hearts keeps residents active and engaged. Structured activities occur every week, giving residents an opportunity to get out and experience new things.

Then our staff determines the best and most cost-effective way to meet the needs of the individual. At Genuine Hearts, we treat our residents like family.
